I was so excited to go to Tuscany and take pictures.  I had been building it up in my mind for a year.  But, the reality wasn't inline with my expectations.  I can put a little bit of blame on the weather.  Blue skies are great for regular tourists, but they can really hinder a landscape photographer.  It was also pretty hazy most of the time.  Even so, my expectations were so high that I was bound to be disappointed.

But, it turns out that I came away with quite a few pictures that I really like - just not the ones that I thought I was going to get.  Once I switched my focus from the countryside to the cities, a whole bunch of new opportunities opened up for me.  I'm still pretty green with that type of photography, but I think some of these are good.
