Burgundy

Don't tell my Belgian friends, but I think France is the prettiest country I've visited in Europe (I've only been to a handful, though).  There is still a lot of open space and a lot of the towns and cities seem to have old world charm.  Even the light seems nicer.  Burgundy is a great place in France to explore.  There are so many small towns - each with its own cathedral and sometimes a chateau or a castle.  In parts of the province, vineyards stretch farther than you can see.

I've taken two family vacations to Burgundy.  Both were a lot of fun, but only on this last one did I get any pictures that I like.  Here they are.
