French people do have one thing to be uppity about - their country is beautiful.  There is still a lot of open space and a lot of the towns and cities seem to have old world charm.  Even the light seems nicer.  Burgundy is a great place in France to explore.  There are so many small towns - each with its own cathedral and sometimes a chateau or a castle.  In parts of the province, vineyards stretch farther than you can see.

I've taken two family vacations to Burgundy.  Both were a lot of fun, but only on the second one did I get any pictures that I really like.  Here they are.
